The feedback is due by the Monday after the session is offered.

This material should be provided as a short response to the following three questions:

1. In one sentence for each, please note two or three main ideas from this session.

    A. The fallacy of the average person

    B. Thinking about intended audience and considerations about use of content

    C. Making paper models for user trials and the importance of testing and analysing the results for improvements

2. What concept(s) need more reinforcement?

    A. None

3. What two or three aspects of this session did the group like/dislike and why?

    A. Enjoyed working as a group especially as it is a small number and each contributing ideas

    B. It was simple but effective to design the site on paper first and see how participants navigated it

    C. Helpful to be given a brief to work with to practice before relating it to the RTSA project
